Raleigh Bottle Show - Info Package Guide

Dealer/Display Setup: Fri 4:00-7:00pm, Sat 6:00am-9:00am
Early Buyers: $15 Sat 7:30am-9:00am

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Raleigh Antique Bottle & Collectibles Show. Our show last year was a sell-out success and this year is expected to be better because:

  1. We�re now on the NC State Fairgrounds
  2. We�ve expanded from 104 to 127 dealer tables.
  3. General admission will be free so more buyers will drop in.
  4. We've added a Friday dealer/display setup.
Add this to the extensive advertising we are doing in bottle magazines, antique publications, and direct mail to bottle collectors in the Southeast (NC, VA, MD, TN, SC, GA, FL, ...), and this should be one huge event with great sales for dealers and lots of buyer opportunities to find that special bottle. Same roomy 7 ft public and 5 ft dealer aisles as last year.

The show will continue to emphasize the sales of antique bottles but dealers are allowed to add other table-top antiques/collectibles to their tables as long as at least half their items are antique bottles or related go-withs.

This package has everything you need for the show. As our last show was a sell-out, tables are expected to sell even quicker this year so please submit your dealer applications early if you plan to setup. Don�t forget we are giving away free bottles to kids so please bring any nice inexpensive bottles that you would like to donate to our next generation of collectors.

Included in this package are:

  1. Dealer Contract - fill out and return with payment to reserve your sales table. Two copies are enclosed - one to return and one for your reference. Tables will sell out so reserve yours ASAP.
  2. Show Flyer - please display in a public area to help promote our show. Extra full page color flyers available, including postcard size - just ask and we�ll mail them.
  3. Map of Raleigh area, Fairgrounds, and Table Layout in Holshouser Building.
  4. Hotel and Restaurant information.
  5. Membership Application - to join the Raleigh Bottle Club and receive our monthly newsletter. The $10 fee is worth it just to get the newsletter even if you can�t come to any of the meetings.

Displays will be judged and ribbons awarded for 1st/2nd/3rd place, Most Educational, and People�s Choice. Contact the Show Chairman if you want a free Display Table.
