This document describes the Show's Souvenir Program and how to purchase ads in this program.
A Souvenir Program will be distributed free of charge to all dealers, displayers, and people attending the show. The program will include:
With 96 dealers, 6 displayers, and national and local advertisement, the show is expected to attract 500 people. The Show Program is an excellent way to reach the antique bottle collecting community in this region. Dealers may wish to advertise what they have to sell. Collectors may wish to advertise what they are looking to collect. And merchants may advertise their products. Funds raised from the show program are used to support activities of the Raleigh Bottle Club, a non-profit organization.
The program will be 8&1/2 x 11" sheets folded in half and stapled at the crease, making a standard booklet. So each page will be 8&1/2" high by 5&1/2" wide. The cost of placing an ad in the show program depends on the size and location of the ad:
The deadline for submission of ads is April 1, 2001.
Please provide "clean" logo and/or artwork in black & white, with typed copy of how you want the ad to read. No extra charge for layout design of text only ads. Ads will be scaled to fit in the required space. Submit your ad with payment to:
