- P. ALUMINIS
Clear glass, BIM with smooth base marked "W.T. & Co",
height 6" without stopper,
cylindrical body,
recessed label under glass that just has some discoloration
on right side but no damage,
glass jar and stopper in near mint condition,
wide mouth stopper may not be original matching stopper
since it doesn't quite fit in all the way (but is removable),

Emerald green glass (rare color),
height 7" (without stopper),
BIM, original ground stopper (that appears to be stuck),
smooth base with "Y G Co" monogram,
pretty label with gold/red border and black trim stripe,
bottle is near mint, label is very nice except
for some minor separation on right side (see photo),
SOLD.
- HYD. CHLOR. COR.
Clear glass, height 7" (without stopper), BIM with flared lip,
wide mouth with matching stopper,
rarer style label under glass, has original contents which is baby
blue colored crystals,
bottle and stopper are perfect with just some drip stains
that should clean up, note stopper is stuck (I didn't try
too hard to get it out),
glass label is fully intact except area or light chipping
along bottom, label has some separation which you can
see in photo,

Clear glass, height 7 5/8" (without stopper), BIM with flared lip,
has stopper that may not be original since it does not go all
the way down, hairline crack in the thin glass label,
rest of bottle is about perfect and grades near mint condition,
circa 1880s,

- PULV. CUBEBAE
Clear glass, cylinder shaped with wide mouth,
smooth base with "WN Walton 1862" patent info,
stopper stuck, half full with original contents - a brown
powder, unique all gold label with black letters and
black trim stripe, glass label has a thin 1/2" hairline
but otherwise about perfect, no damage to rest of bottle,

Clear glass, height 8 3/4" (without stopper), BIM, wide mouth,
original ground stopper, smooth base, beautiful label with wide
gold border, bottle is near mint, label is perfect except
for some minor chipping around the edges and a 1 1/2" hairline
crack,

Clear glass, BIM with smooth base that is embossed "W.T. & CO. /
E / U.S.A.", height 9" without stopper, cylindrical body,
rare/unusual flared mouth with pour-style stopper,
very rare and beautiful style label with gold background
and red trim line,
label is in near mint condition,
bottle is near mint condition,
stopper is mint except
for slight chipping on the ground edge (probably the result
of manufacturing process),

Clear glass, BIM with pontil base, height 8 3/4" without stopper,
cylindrical body,
applied label under glass with thick gold border and cobalt blue
in part of the label (hard to find color in label),
a bit of crackling to label underneath but glass film is undamaged,
glass jar and stopper in near mint condition,
wide mouth stopper is stuck (I didn't try too hard to remove it),
jar still original contents - a brown powdery substance,
back of jar has original manufacturer's paper label for
"JALAPA. / Jalap. / The luperotis root of Exogenium Purga .." with
detailed instructions for use,

Clear glass, BIM with smooth base,
height 9" without stopper,
square body,
recessed label under glass that has some slight discoloration from
normal usage, rarer red colored background on the label,
glass jar and stopper in near mint condition,
stopper currently stuck but can probably be worked out,
inside has some of the original contents,
back has remains of original paper label,

Clear glass, BIM with pontil base, height 8 3/4" without stopper,
cylindrical body,
applied label under glass with thick gold border and cobalt blue
in part of the label (hard to find color in label),
also a 1/4" loss of gold border at bottom right of label,
a bit of crackling to label underneath but glass film is undamaged,
glass jar and stopper in near mint condition,
wide mouth stopper is stuck (I didn't try too hard to remove it,
back of jar has hand written paper label for
"Powd. Lobelia Seed",

cylindrical body,
applied label under glass with thick gold border and cobalt blue
in part of the label (hard to find color in label),
a bit of crackling to label underneath but glass film is undamaged,
glass jar and stopper in near mint condition,
wide mouth stopper is removable,
jar still has residue (white pasty substance) from original contents,
back of jar has original manufacturer's paper label for
"MAGNESIA PONDEROSA / Heavy (Calcined) Magnesia / Dose ..." with
detailed instructions for use,

Clear glass, height 8 3/4" (without stopper), BIM, wide mouth,
original ground stopper, smooth base, beautiful label with wide
gold border, bottle is near mint, label is perfect except
for some minor chipping around the edges, first jar I've
seen with "Manna" on it,

- F.E. OPII DEOD.
See-thru honey amber glass (rare color),
height 7 1/2" (without stopper),
BIM, original ground stopper (that appears to be stuck),
smooth base, pretty label with gold border and red trim stripe,
OPII is Latin for Opium,
bottle is near mint, label is very nice except
for some minor chipping around the edges and a 1/2" hairline
crack in the thin glass film over the label,
this Apothecary Jar came from the William O. Poor Drug Store in Belfast, Maine,
Founded in 1814. The bottle was in storage and untouched for almost 100 years.

Clear glass, height 9 1/4" (without stopper), BIM with flared lip,
original ground stopper, note that "OPII" is Latin for "Opium",
pontilled base,
label has gold border with red trim stripe,
label has some damage to bottom right corner and there is some
discoloration around the PI on OPII,
rest of bottle is near mint condition, circa 1870s,

applied label under glass that has some chipping around
edges which is normal from use,

Clear glass, BIM with smooth base that is embossed "PAT APR 2 1889 /
W.T. & CO. / B / U.S.A.", height 8 1/2" without stopper,
wide mouth with original stopper, square body,
very rare and beautiful style label with gold foil background,
label is in near mint condition with no damage,
bottle is near mint condition with just some slight high
point wear on the base,
stopper is mint except
for a shallow chip on the ground edge of stopper
(probably the result of manufacturing process),

original ground glass faceted stopper, label under glass has gold border,
label is perfect except for a little crackling that results from age,
rest of bottle is near mint condition,

original stopper in perfect condition,
base has refired pontil,
label under glass has gold border, label is perfect except for some

rest of bottle is mint condition with no damage,

- UNG. GALL.c.OPII
Cobalt blue ceramic, applied label under glass that
reads "UNG. CALL.c.OPII" where OPII is Latin for Opium.
Height 6 1/4" (with lid on).
No damage to jar but label has some staining and loss
as shown in the photo. Still a rare and beautiful
jar that contained an illicit drug.
